I am a highly motivated and innovative IT Professional with the passion to succeed in everything I do. I constantly strive for improvement and never settle for mediocre, acceptable, or just ok. I began my professional career after obtaining my Associates degree in computer information sciences, at South Hills School of Business and Technology, in September of 2008. Part of my degree requirements involved a 3-month internship, which I had completed at Outreach Technology Services (OTS); Penn State University. By working beyond the required hours I was able to complete the internship early and was offered a full time position working as part of the Support Services team within OTS. In less than a year, my hard work and dedication earned me a promotion into a position within the Desktop Services team. During my time with the Desktop Services team I continued to provide quality support and excellent customer satisfaction. I also went beyond my required job duties, and was a key member of several projects. More details about my experience can be found in the WORK section of this page. My creativity has led me to some minor work with graphic design and web development. I have developed web sites from the ground up including graphics, logos, scripting, hosting, and more.
